When do we start to plan our route?
Planning the route is the fun part. So, as soon as you are ready, we can start.
Sooner, the better.
Usually, we start 8 weeks before your cruising. We send you the reminder and kindly ask you to fill up the “Finalizing Lab”.
It is an online questionnaire where you tell us more about your group. It is a final step to personalize your vacation.

Completing the Lab, means you start to visualize your cruising.
Start imagining:
- What will you drink on board,
- What you will eat on board,
- Where you gonna go and
- What you will see and experience during your cruising.
And here is the point when you tell us, how you would like your itinerary to look alike.
Do you like:
- To be active,
- Sunbathing and swimming,
- Water sports,
- Cities or isolated places,
- Parties or quiet bays,
- And much more…
According to all this, we prepare a perfect route for you. The route is always changeable and discussable.
Do you have ”must-see” places on your list? Tell us and we include them in your itinerary.

Because there is so much to coordinate, it is important we start on time.
It is important that we consider as much as we can and to predict the unpredictable.
All your suggestions and proposals are delivered to the owner of your gulet. We do the coordination and make it perfect for everyone.
Are there any special requirements? They have to be announced on time and give the owner time to prepare for everything.
Some gulets can not do the route that you would like to do or the ports are too busy at that time and you will not enjoy it.
Therefore it is important we know as much as we can in advance, to adjust and prepare a different itinerary.
