HALF BOARD consists of breakfast and lunch.

For Croatian cruising with gulets, we advise taking the Half board option. It is a very good option if you would like to combine it with eating onshore and also experience the restaurants. You can find very good restaurants for dinner on almost all the stopovers you will do on your route.

We can also provide you with suggestions for good restaurants in your finalization process.

• Breakfast

Breakfast is usually a continental breakfast with local food.

It includes slices of bread with butter and jam, honey, and “Nutella”. You will also get to taste local cheeses with slices of Croatian local meats (salami, etc). All sorts of fresh eggs (sunny side up, scrambled,…)

For some with a sugar tooth, you will be served with croissants, pastries, rolls, and different cereals. For your bread, there are also different spreads.

And not to forget different fresh fruits (bananas, apples, oranges,…etc).

On the side, you will get your morning coffee or hot tea and also some fruit juices with water.

The breakfast varies with the type of gulet you are on. If you are on a more luxurious type than breakfast is also more “luxurious”. More of different cheeses and meats, more exotic fruits,…

• Lunch

Lunch is more tailored to your preference list. If you choose in your personal inquiry called LAB that you wish to have more fresh seafood than the menus will be tailored to your preferences accordingly and so on. So usually lunches consist of an appetizer, main course, and a dessert.

We advise everybody to try local Croatian dishes. The chefs excel in their local foods so the menus are exceptional.

But if you wish to have some sort of different food on your gulet. Also not a problem. The chefs are professionals and can do everything.

Sometimes you can combine your lunch with dinner. But this is more in the offseason or on request. 
Also, a lot of ships have included a 5 o’clock service where they serve some tea, coffee, biscuits, pastries, etc.
